The in-game screen and mouse cursor seem to move about twice as fast. How can I fix this?

I was using Logitech's G304 and thought it was a problem with the screen moving about twice as fast, so I bought the Viper V2 Pro, but the same problem occurred. Is it not a mouse problem but a settings problem? 
The dpi is using 1600.
