The keyboard image does not load in the Synapse 4 dashboard, and the keyboard layout does not load in the keyboard settings. How can I fix it? Screenshots are attached below. Thank you!

Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of Synapse 4 by following the steps from this article? If the issue continues, please send me a PM with the serial number of your keyboard so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the Synapse issue you're currently experiencing.
