I’m reaching out for some help because today, out of nowhere, the m key on my keyboard suddenly stopped working. It was working just fine yesterday but now suddenly it’s stopped working, I’ve tried following tutorials on how to fix it such as, resetting my PC, updating the drivers, deleting the device from device manger, checking to see if i have a macro setup in razer synapse (which I don’t), resetting the keyboard itself with ESC, Caps and space bar but that didn’t work either. Nothing has worked :( I didn’t spill anything on the keyboard and all the other keys around the M key work just fine. I even made sure to clean out the keyboard in case anything was jamming the key but that didn’t work either. Is there anything that can be done? I’d really appreciate the help!

Hello there,
It seems like you’ve done all the necessary workarounds besides updating your keyboard’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
