The microphone on my headphones doesn't work on my computer, but it does on my phone

I bought a Razer Kraken Pro V2 headphones the mic was working when I bought it. now the microphone does not work on my computer or my brother's only static is heard but not voice, but it works on phones. I tried uninstalling the drivers, updating them and also turning up the volume on the microphone but it still doesn't work, does anyone know what it can be?
