The mouse doesn't work until I unplug it and plug it back into my W7 computer

Hi ! Mouse: Razer Naga Hex V2 --- RZ01-0160 System: W7 pro SP1 Mouse software: Razer 2.21 Each time my PC starts up, I have to unplug it and plug it in again to the same usb3 port on my computer. The computer mouse - mouse duo performed well overall for 3 years. but for 1 month this manipulation has become systematic. I tried 3 other USB ports. I have checked the version of the Razer software. During these 3 years, about once a month after the computer was turned on for X hours, it stopped responding and this manipulation had to be done. Le duo souris ordinateur - souris à bien fonctionner dans l'ensemble pendant 3 ans. mais depuis 1 mois cette manipulation devient systématique. J'ai essayé 3 autres ports USB. J'ai vérifier la version du logiciel Razer. Durant ces 3 années, environ 1 fois par mois après que l'ordinateur soit allumer X heures, elle arretait de répondre et il fallait faire cette manipulation. C'est devenu trop fréquent, d'ou mon post.
