If I adjust the brightness to somewhere around 20%~80% and display a white or colored background, the OLED screen is not showing the pure color background uniformly. The screen looks very noisy and almost like a paper card with those textures you can usually see on a regular paper. The noise appears with any color except for pure black. I'm not able to capture the details with my camera due to the moiré pattern. But it is very easy to see with naked eyes. Does anyone have the same problem?
The texture (or noise) I was talking about is almost like this:

Could easily be a panel issue. Is this right out of the box? I'd try to clean install the iGPU and GPU drivers to make sure all is good on the software side of things. If the problem persists, please send me a PM so I can help you get this sorted out.

Yes this is right out of the box. The noise looks like something inside the panel inherently and doesn't seem like a software issue. But I updated the driver anyway just in case, and nothing changed. Another problem is the screen also flickers every couple of seconds from time to time (not constantly, but it happens every so often and it is absolutely not working well). I would just like to know are all oled screens like this currently(having noise), or it's just me? Thank you.

How long have you had the laptop? This appears to be a hardware issue and the panel may need replacing. Please send me a PM so I can provide further assistance.
