Hello everyone, I'm having some trouble with my Razer Blackshark V2 HS headphones. Over time, they started disconnecting, and the dongle is now recognized by the system as an unrecognized device with error 43. Does anyone have a solution? I've tried RazerBlackSharkV2HyperSpeed_0565056E_FirmwareUpdater_v1.6.11_r2 and RazerHeadsetPairingUtility_v1.06.00_r4, but they didn't help. The headphones work perfectly via USB or Bluetooth.

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? If possible, try plugging it into a different computer just to check if the dongle can be detected. If it does not, shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
