Hello, I bought a blackshark v2 x headset. Inside the box, there was a card to activate the 7.1 sound. There was no code on it and only a QR code on it, so I could not activate this option. I entered the S/N and P/N on the website to get the activation code, and I got the message that this product is already registered. Return it as it may be fake. It’s the fastest option to “resolve” this problem and get the headset from official source (razer.com or official Razer distributor).
