I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but when I try to register it to my Razer ID account, I receive an error message saying that the product has already been registered.
Here are the details:

I am the legitimate owner of this product and would like to register it under my account. Could you please help me resolve this issue and release the serial number so I can complete the registration?
