Hello Razer Support,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but when I try to register it to my Razer ID account, I receive an error message saying that the product has already been registered.

Here are the details:

  • Product: Razer BlackShark V2 X

I am the legitimate owner of this product and would like to register it under my account. Could you please help me resolve this issue and release the serial number so I can complete the registration?

It seems like your device might be a counterfeit or re-boxed item. No worries, let me check it for you. Please send me a private message together with your device's serial number so I can check its details here in our system and assist you further.

Also, please provide a screenshot of the error message that you encountered when trying to register your device. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
