Good afternoon, I was given headphones, but when I try to register, it says that the product is already registered. How can I solve this problem.

There’s a high possibility that you have purchased a fake headset but I’ll double-check it. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
