Hello respected Razer team, I am new here and excited to start the journey together, but unfortunately I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" . PLEASE HELP MEEEE RAZER ADMINNN :(((((

Please PM me with the serial number of your device and the proof of purchase, or let me know the name of the store where you purchased it? I am having the same problem as well,  i cant enable 7.1 surround sound because i cant register it to my account..please help
