Hello respected Razer team, I am new here and excited to start the journey together, but unfortunately I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered.I recently bought it from Shopee If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" . PLEASE HELP MEEEE RAZER ADMINNN :(((((

I’ve responded to your message. I have confirmed your product serial number was registered to a different account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound was claimed. Also the reseller "Gaming Store A" is not listed as Razer authorized reseller. Please note that purchasing products from non-authorized dealers can often result in the use of counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
