I recently purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 X, but I have an issue with the product as the item is already registered but not with my Razer ID, which means I am unable to get the activation code via email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. Please search the Razer Community for a solution. How can I resolve this issue? Please help me.

Could you please check the scratch card that came with the package for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code as mentioned here? If the code has already been used or the card is missing, I suggest reaching out to the reseller to take advantage of your warranty.
