Hello, I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X today and it says the product is already registered. I was told to contact Razer Support. How do I fix this problem? :(

Where did you buy your Razer BlackShark V2 X? Please find your headset’s activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging, as indicated here. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, I suggest contacting the reseller for a refund. Please be informed that product registration mainly serves warranty purposes.
