My device is Kraken V3 Professional Edition wireless headset. The reason was that I changed to a WIN11 computer. After that, I had to replug and unplug the receiver every time I turned on the computer before I could use the headset. The opinion given by customer service is to update the driver. So I downloaded the latest driver and updated it. During the update process, the receiver driver was updated normally, but the headset firmware program kept stuck on the progress bar. I tried repeating the update steps about 4 times to no avail. Later, when I updated the headset firmware for the fifth time, I also plugged the receiver into the computer. At that time, the progress bar showed progress and the update was quickly completed. But the display failed. Afterwards the computer no longer recognizes the receiver. I suspect that my operation has written the headphone firmware program into the receiver, causing this problem. Can the receiver be reset?
