I bought brand new BlackShark V2 X headphones in the store and wanted to get an activation code for surround sound, they tell me that my serial number is already in use. I ask you to help me, the store said that the headphones are new, and that no one could use my serial number

Could be a fake headphone, that is using legit (already registered) serial number.

I’d return it and get from some viable source.
