I bought headphones, I wanted to activate 7.1 Surround Sound. I enter the serial number and it says to me, "Your Razer device is not eligible to receive the 7.1 surround sound activation code. Please refer to the 7.1 Surround Sound System for gaming headsets section for the corresponding products" What should I do?
