The transceiver fell in my bag a while back and no longer functions. I am not even sure how to use the headset wired as the micro usb cable doesn’t seem to work either.

The USB Transceiver for my Razer Blackshark V2 Wireless is broken. Is there any way I can get a replacement or buy one online?
