The world first gaming earbuds *Also not suitable for gaming* ?!?

Dear Razer and my fellow gamers ,

Product : Hammerhead True Wireless

I have ordered these last week to review for my YouTube channel and keep them for my CODmobile on the go !

So I have cracked on with the unboxing today part, the last part was the latency and gaming latency mode , measured again in COD Mobile ( I am mainly CODM content creator ) , where I got absolutelys by the results , this set of earbuds is not suitable for any kind of gaming . I have previously read a review of one bigger tech site which also tested in CODM and they claimed that the latenct is brilliant and lag is essentially non-existing.

So I was just hoping someone could chime in before I publish the review just in case I have received a faulty product .

Thank you for any knowledge, assistance and clarification in this matter .

The Bluetooth version and codex compatibility can affect connectivity and latency. Please indicate which mobile device you are pairing earbuds with, and which codex it is running on.
Hello Caziel I have decided to use the Razer Phone 2 (as it's in house product , so there is no space for 3rd party excuses ) for my review , both devices had updated firmware prior to the test , fully charged , Dolby Atmos after processing disabled.

I can add now that I have conducted multiple test and the latency in Gaming mode is in range of 360 - 400ms which is far away from the claimed 60ms and therefore renders them useless for any kind of mobile gaming . / Low latency mentioned 3 times just on the packaging box :))) /

The customer service reached to me now , sent the replacement Hammerheads out , so I will hold with my YouTube review and content until the replacement arrives and I can do further testing .
