Hi there! Thanks for starting this thread. Does the issue happen even when the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Please repair your Razer Synapse by following the steps from this link and see if it helps.

a. A video showing the issue even while Razer Synapse is closed or disabled.
b. The device's serial number (it starts with "SN").
c. Razer Synapse 3.0 logs.
