There is no code for 7.1

Hello, I just returned from the store with your new headphones, and I do not understand where the activation code 7.1 is located, there is an instruction, a card with QR codes and so on (which says that when switching to the QR code it is activated (as I understand it)), I go through the phone and get thrown on the site, but there is no code anywhere where I can get it, model is Razer Kraken X Lite

You need to register your headset with Razer ID account: https://razerid.razer.com/products/new then you’ll receive code over the email.

This is very complicated! I did this and it says it detects counterfeiting! incredible....
