As much as I love 2FA, it seems that Razer ID’s 2Fa is the only one where I’m having problems compared to other services. I was trying to purchase some V-Bucks for Fortnite and I forgot that I had resetted my laptop months before.

So I logged in my Razer ID account via Google’s instant login system, went into my ID dashboard, and then I clicked on password. Lo, and behold, I was struck with the 2FA window as usual. Thought it’d be as simple as any other 2FA but then I realized, the code wasn’t even sent. I waited and pressed “New code”, then a code was finally sent.

I typed in the code, and weirdly, it was rejected. Waited and pressed “New code” again, rejected. Then I had an idea: backup codes. Struck with 2FA, hope it works, rejected.

I don’t know about y’all but this is the first time I am met with a faulty 2FA. Hoping that the guys who works on Razer ID stuff to look into this.

With that in mind, anyone know what should I do? Should I just wait it out, play some stupid video games then come back?
