"This Product has already been registered" Blackshark v2 x

I just bought this new Blackshark V2 X when I tried to register it, it told me that it was already registered under another ID. The box and the headphones themselves look new; I texted the retailer that I bought from and he assured that they were new, so what’s going on here exactly?
