Dear raizer support service. I purchased your Razer BlackShark V2 X product — Wired Gaming Headset — Quartz Pink — FRML package, Product Code: RZ04-03240800-R3M1 Serial number: (Removed serial number for security); 11/26/2025, when trying to register a product on the website, an error was issued and a notification that this product has already been registered and there is no other way to solve this problem other than to contact you for help. I really want to use your products and I hope that you can help me solve this problem. I can provide photos and videos of my product availability. I would appreciate your help.
