Dear Razer Support,

 

I recently purchased a Razer headset, but when I attempted to register the product and claim the license code, I received an error stating that the product has already been verified or registered. However, I have never registered this device before, and I am the original owner.
 

Here are the product details:

 

  • Product Name: Razer Headset Black shark v2 x
  • Product Number: RZ04-03240100-R3M1
  • Serial Number: removed SN

    Please send me a PM with the proof of purchase for the headset, showing the reseller's name. I need to verify the information to confirm whether this is an authorized reseller or not. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Thanks!
