I got a new  headphones (blackshark v2x)and trying to activate 7.1 sound but it says like it already activated

    Where did you purchase your headset? I checked our system, and it shows that the Razer BlackShark V2 X has already been linked to another account since April 21, 2023. Since we’re unable to remove the device from the previous account, we recommend contacting the seller to check your return or replacement options.
