Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" , which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

There’s a high possibility that you have purchased a counterfeit device. Let me double-check just to be sure. Please drop me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the registration.
