This ain’t right. All Razer products sold by an authorized merchant or reseller are not pre-registered. Is this a newly purchased Razer product? Products purchased from non-authorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. If yes, then you need to contact your reseller and have it replaced. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
