Hello respected Razer team, I am new here and excited to start the journey together, but unfortunately I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" Please contact me to inform you of the required information and documents and thank you very much for your cooperation

Product registration is primarily intended for warranty services. You can locate your activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging as indicated here. . If the card is missing or the code has already been used, we recommend contacting the reseller for a possible replacement. To ensure authenticity, always purchase Razer products from authorized Razer resellers. Buying from unauthorized dealers may result in receiving used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
