Hello Razer Support,
I bought a brand-new Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. When I tried to register it on my Razer account, I received this message:
"This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."
I have never registered this product before, and it is completely new. Please help me with this issue so I can register the headset on my own account.
