Hello Razer Support,

I bought a brand-new Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. When I tried to register it on my Razer account, I received this message:

"This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."

I have never registered this product before, and it is completely new. Please help me with this issue so I can register the headset on my own account.

Hi BORZON,

Where did you purchase your headset? Have you tried reaching out to the reseller to request a replacement. Let’s double check your device information, please PM with the device’s serial number and attach a clear copy of the store invoice so I can check the details. You can upload it to Google Drive, and make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
