Dear raizer support service. I purchased your Razer BlackShark V2 X product - Quartz Pink Wired Gaming Headset - in FRML packaging, Product code: RZ04—03240100-R3M1 Serial number: (serial number deleted for security reasons); 11/26/2025, when trying to register the product on the website, an error was received and a notification stating that this the product is not used. he is already registered, and there is no other way to solve this problem except to ask you for help. I really want to use your products and hope that you can help me solve this problem. I can provide photos and videos confirming the availability of my products. I would appreciate your help.

Have you tried contacting the reseller to request a replacement or refund? Possible that you receive a counterfeit product. Unfortunately, we don’t have options to request a new activation code or reset the device registration. It would be best to contact the seller about this issue.
