Hello Razer team, I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" Please contact me to inform you of the required information and documents and thank you very much for your cooperation 🙏🏻🙏🏻.

Please PM me your device serial numbe and the name of the store where you purchased your Razer BlackShark V2 X. I would appreciate it if you could share the invoice so I can check store infromation. Then, save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
