Hello Razer team, I am new here and excited to start the journey together, but unfortunately I had a problem to activate my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" Please contact me to inform you of the required information and documents and thank you very much for your cooperation

I have verified that the serial number is already linked to a different account and was claimed for the 7.1 Surround Sound on September 1, 2023. I suggest that you reach out to the reseller to request a refund. Please note that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. You can check the list of authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine.
