Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

Where did you buy this device? This “already registered” prompt normally appears when products purchased from nonauthorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. The only way that you can retrieve the code is to sign in to the Razer ID/email address used during its initial registration. Also, you can try requesting a code here, but there’s no guarantee it will provide you with a new one.
