I bought them recently, but when i want to register it it says “This product is already registered”.

    I’ve reposded to your PM. I’m sorry to inform but the Razer BlackShark V2 X serial number was registered to a different account and the seller "Kaspi" is not listed as Razer's authorized reseller. Please contact the reseller to take advantage of the seller's warranty since we cannot remove the device from the previous account. Please note that purchasing products from non-authorized dealers can often result in the use of counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
