When i try to register my Blackshark v2 X it says “This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support.”

    Thank you for the information! I’ve verified that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with serial number is already registered to a different account and claimed the activation code. I recommend reaching out to the reseller to request a refund.

    Also, please keep in mind that buying from unauthorized dealers can sometimes lead to receiving counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray-market products. It would be best to return the device to the reseller and ask for a refund.
