Thresher tournament edition PC not working

When i plug it in, only the sound works, no mic. Also when plugging in it doesnt auto sync with razer synapse.

    Hi @geoLightGrayLARIMAR123. The Thresher Tournament Edition uses an analog connection which communicates directly with your computer's sound card. So any and all controls will have to be made via your sound card's settings. This is why Synapse does not support your particular headset.
