Thumb Mouse Button 4 on Razer Naga Trinity stops working on some days

Some days it will work, some days it just doesn't do anything and I have to rebind EVERY single control I have binded to that. The Razer Naga Trinity has 3 of those plate things with multiple buttons, I use the simplest one with only two buttons. Thumb Mouse Button 4 is the lower one, closest to you. I don't recall ever having problems with Button 5. Also, I usually scroll down or up by holding the scroll wheel and dragging the mouse up or down, sometimes I have to press quite hard on the scroll wheel for it to actually register it, and sometimes the drag scrolling will continue even when I let go of the scroll wheel. I also still haven't got help about my Razer Kraken headset's audio being horrific and how anything behind me in a video game is muted. Great for games that completely rely on sound. :|

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Sorry to hear about your device's concerns. Have you connected the mouse and keyboard to another USB port or computer without Razer Synapse installed and checked if the issue persists? Also, try cleaning the device too by following the steps from this link. You can spray using a can of compressed air in the affected button too and see if it helps. Please disable or close Razer Synapse 3.0 and see observe.
