I recently purchased a Thunderbolt 4 dock station. After I registered the item on Razer ID, I turned on Snapse and it is not showing. Everything works fine, but how do I change the under glow if the product is not showing at the bottom?

Try checking Synapse for updates. Every time I add a new Synapse/Chroma enabled device, Synapse downloads an update.
