Thunderbolt 4 Dock - Not supporting Two Monitors

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced and a Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock. I can not get the dock to support two separate displays at the same time. I have connected the thunderbolt 4 to my laptop and then connected two different monitors to my dock using two differnt USB-C to HDMI cables. I can connect either monitor to any of the three USB-C ports on the back of the doc and they work. If I plug in more than 1 then it only supports the first one I connected. Any thoughts?

I have the same issue. 2 monitors, 2 separate USB-C to HDMI tables. Whichever monitor is attached second is the one that takes over. Closing the laptop lid does not have any effect. I have a Razer 14 + Thunderbolt 4 dock.

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced + Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock, and ran into the same problem! After trying multiple fixes, I finally found the problem... human error! So, My RB15 Advanced has two USB-C ports, one on the left side near the power port (USB Type-C Port), and one on the right side (Thunderbolt 3 Port - USB Type C). To display multiple monitors, you will need to connect your docking station to the (Thunderbolt 3 Port - USB Type C) located on the right side of your laptop. I hope this resolves your issue!
