I recently purchased the Razer Kraken v3x and I’ve downloaded the thx Spatial Audio app but whenever I try a type in my activation code it says my code seems to be invalid. What do I need to do to fix this?

Hello there,
I think that you have entered the activation code on the wrong software since the THX Spatial Audio is different from the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
