BlackShark V2 X. I tried to register THX Spatial Sound with the code sent to me and it says the activation code is invalid

    Hello, @peakyboy69!

     

    The THX Spatial Audio and the 7.1 Surround Sound are different. It seems like your activation code is for the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Please click here and select ‘Activate 7.1 Surround Sound’ and download the app. Just carefully follow the instructions and you’ll be fine.
