Hello, I registered my BlackSharkV2 x on my raze ID, shortly afterwards the activation code for 7.1 Surround THX arrived, but I am trying to activate it in the application and it appears all the time that the code is not valid.

THX activation code that I received in the email is not valid
Honestly this software just seems to be a way to waste everyone’s time. Every payment method available hasn’t given any results, despite having at least 15x the cost of the program itself readily available every time.

You have code for 7.1 Surround, so you need this app: https://www.razer.com/71-surround-sound
And uninstall THX Spatial app
