THX audio doesn't give ANY F***** AUDIO

Ok so now I have spent 5 hours trying to get THX spatial audio to give me audio and it doesn't work. Yes I've set it as default. Yes I do have THX audio selected as my audio output. No I don't get ANY sound I am about to get refunded because I'm so pissed off that a product doesn't come out of the box working. If I use simple stereo audio then I get sound but the whole point of buying the Kraken Tournament edition WAS TO HAVE THX AUDIO AND 7.1 SURROUND BUT BOTH ARE NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!! Help because I'm about to throw then in my firepit.

It's funny... The other day, I bought a Razer BLACKSHARK V2 Pro, and I don't have an activation key either. And also it was not issued after the registration of the headphones. For the first time in my life, I betrayed my principles and bought a Razer product and expectedly stepped into s***t. I am already silent that I spent an hour to figure out the races of the NECESSARY software

Same here, bought my Razer Kraken X Lite, installed the Surround Sound and did all configuration as specified. Default windows audio output: 7.1 Surround Sound, Surround app Audio output: Headphones from 3.5mm jack (also tested the PC speakers, neither works), OS: Windows10 x64. Still doesn't work. There is no error screen or anything, I typed the code and everything, but the software won't emit a sound.

I have exactly the same experience. What is frustrating is that it worked ONCE at first, and then just stopped. I get stereo at most and get no results when it is set for 7.1. It also does not let me select which output (headphones or speakers) so there is that bug.
It seems to be crap software with no support. After many weeks of attempts, uninstalling and reinstalling, I surrender and will throw this garbage out and get GOOD headphones from a LEGIT MANUFACTURER that supports their equipment. #NeverRazer
