THX audio keeps disconnecting or doesn't work

This problem has gotten so bad i can't even use my pc without reinstalling synapse 3 atleast once a day. Might this be a problem with the usb sound card? Because my kraken TE's show up as usb card on synapse 3 not kraken headphones. If it is a problem with synapse please fix it because it just isn't worth the money if you cant hear a thing.

    Sorry for late reply. No it has never worked properly before. It worked like this from the day i bought it
