THX Audio on Kraken TE

Hi, I just bought the Kraken TE and i'm having some issues with the THX sound driver. If i select the THX Spatial as the default when i unplug the USB it stays as default and doesn't disappear like the other Razer Audio Controller - Game. When i plug the USB back in the default stays as my internal PC speaker and i get no sound from the headset until i manually change the default back to THX Spatial. I have checked the firmware and its on the latest 9.0. If i disable THX Spatial and select Razer Audio Controller - Game as default it works fine when i unplug and replug. https://pasteboard.co/J5Aq8pP.png Please help. I dont want to return the headset just because of a driver issue as they are so comfortable. I'm on Windows 10 and have Razer Synapse 3.5.331.33010 installed.
