It's the THX service using huge CPU at the task manager. It's THX ver.1.0.257 on Windows 11 insider ver. 25284.
When closing the THX program and service, everything becomes normal.
The 7.1 surround sound doesn't have this problem.

Did you already try to reinstall the application for isolation purposes? Are you running both the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound app and the THX Spatial Audio?
