Hello! I'm a seasoned Blackshark V2 user and I've recently encountered issues with my THX game profiles after an update (yes, I'm aware I'm late; I had auto-updates disabled). Initially, after a PC restart and running everything as administrator, the THX game profiles function flawlessly, delivering a nice, crisp, vibrant 7.1 surround sound. However, sometimes after alt-tabbing or switching games, there's a noticeable drop in sound quality. Restarting sometimes fixes this, but not always. I suspect it might be related to my USB sound card since it's connected to a switch. Do you have any suggestions?
