THX licence code is not working,

Hello, so Sunday I bought my new headset, the Razer Blackshark V2 X, but when I installed THX audio for the "Full potential of the headset" I had to enter the code in the box, but the code didn't worked, so I wonder if the code is already used of is it wrong. RSVP -LeDupret
